1. Registration & Payment

Your registration is confirmed once payment is received, either in full or via an approved payment plan.

Pay in Full Option - The full retreat investment secures your seat and lodging.

Payment Plan Option - If selecting the 3 monthly payment option, your first payment secures your seat. The remaining payments must be completed in full by May 1, 2026. Access to the retreat is contingent upon full payment.

2. Non Refundable Deposit

An amount equal to $375 is non refundable. This secures your lodging and retreat placement due to the limited and intimate nature of this event.

3. Refund Policy

Payments made prior to April 15, 2026, beyond the $375 non refundable amount, may be eligible for partial refund upon written request. After April 15, 2026, all payments are non refundable. You may transfer your registration to another woman with written approval from Digital Ministry Media.

4. Lodging & Room Assignments

All rooms are shared and include king or queen accommodations. Some rooms include private bathrooms. Private bath placements are first come, first served based on registration date.

Roommate preferences may be submitted during registration, but final assignments are determined by the host to ensure comfort and flow.

5. Assumption of Responsibility

By attending this retreat, you understand that this is a faith based personal growth experience. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. You assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and spiritual participation.

6. Media Release

By attending, you grant permission for photos and video taken during the retreat to be used by Digital Ministry Media for future marketing, website, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, you may notify the host in writing prior to the event.

7. Event Changes

In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather or venue issues, Digital Ministry Media reserves the right to adjust schedule or logistics while maintaining the integrity of the experience.
